The Question
It all started with one question: Why does good architecture feel so out of reach? Juan José, a product designer, and Sofía, an architect, began noticing a pattern people dreaming of homes but settling for generic plans or nothing at all. Not because they lacked vision, but because design felt expensive, slow, or confusing.

After working on multiple custom projects, we realized something: the system was broken. People were spending thousands and still ending up with spaces that felt nothing like them. We knew it could be done better faster, clearer, more human. So we started testing a new approach: Designs ready to build. Tailored. Affordable. No fluff.
